电脑,无法打开"帮助和支持"

单击,"开始"-"帮助和支持",电脑没有什么反映,查看"任务管理器",发现里面没有"helphost.exe""helpsvc.exe"进程,而且"helpctr.exe"进程一会就自动消失
打开"控制面版"-"管理工具"-"服务"选项,找到"help and support"发现已经启动,而且从新启动"help and support"也没什么反映
打开 "注册表",发现"帮助与支持"的路径设置正确

请大家帮忙回答,谢谢

造成这个问题主要是以下几中可能:

第一:使用优化大师以后[帮助和支持中心]不能使用 但在[运行]中输入msconfig后仍然可以打开[系统配置实用程序]
那么把以下文字复制到TXT中，然后保存为vbs文件（文件类型菜单选择所有文件，然后文件名加.vbs后缀），双击运行，然后重启动
